Expanding Leadership Capacity: Introducing Our New Deputy Director, Kyle W. Moser

The Central Ohio ISSA is excited to announce the addition of a new leadership role within our chapter: the Deputy Director, focusing on sponsorships. This innovative position is designed to enhance our ability to deliver value to both members and sponsors while fostering continued growth and engagement.

To pilot this new initiative, we are thrilled to welcome Kyle W. Moser as our first Deputy Director. Kyle brings a wealth of experience in cybersecurity, business strategy, and community engagement. He has a proven track record of building strategic relationships and leading initiatives that drive tangible results. As Deputy Director, Kyle will collaborate closely with Jenna Fullenkamp, Director of Sponsorships, to strengthen sponsor relationships, increase engagement opportunities, and build on the success of our current sponsorship program.

Meet Kyle W. Moser: A Passion for Community and Cybersecurity

Kyle is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the cybersecurity industry. His expertise spans risk management, threat intelligence, and strategic business planning. Having worked with various organizations to enhance their security posture and foster strong community partnerships, Kyle’s dedication to both technical excellence and meaningful connections sets him apart.

Kyle’s passion for community engagement extends beyond his professional achievements. He has been actively involved in mentoring young professionals, participating in local cybersecurity events, and contributing to community-driven initiatives. His commitment to helping others succeed is a natural fit for his new role at Central Ohio ISSA.

Kyle will work alongside our Director of Sponsorships, Jenna Fullenkamp, to strengthen sponsor relationships, increase engagement opportunities, and expand the reach of our sponsorship program.

Why This Role Matters: Strengthening Our Sponsorship Program

As our chapter continues to expand, it has become increasingly important to provide additional leadership support to sustain and amplify our efforts. The Deputy Director role is designed to offer hands-on leadership and executional support within the board, ensuring we continue to meet the needs of our members and partners without straining existing resources.

Jenna Fullenkamp emphasized how the addition of this role will bolster the sponsorship program’s effectiveness:

“Our sponsorship program has seen remarkable growth, and with Kyle’s support, we can continue to provide exceptional value to our sponsors. His background in both cybersecurity and relationship management makes him the perfect fit to help us reach new heights.”

Robert Kinzer, President of Central Ohio ISSA, echoed this sentiment:

“By introducing the Deputy Director role, we are positioning our chapter for sustainable growth. Kyle’s experience and commitment to community engagement make him an invaluable asset as we continue to build stronger industry partnerships.”

Looking Ahead: Exploring Additional Leadership Opportunities

While the Deputy Director of Sponsorships is the first of its kind within our chapter, it represents a potential blueprint for future leadership roles. As the chapter’s needs evolve, we will assess whether adding more Deputy Director roles in other areas would further support our mission.
